Location: Bangalore (10 days WFO per month, rest hybrid)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Fullstack Engineer with strong expertise in Go (Golang) and React to work on enhancing and scaling an internal enterprise application. The application integrates with systems like ServiceNow and Azure DevOps, and you will collaborate regularly with Swedish engineering and product teams. The role requires independent ownership, strong problem-solving skills, and hands-on engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Go-based backend services including REST APIs, microservices, and data workflows.
• Build and enhance React frontends with reusable, modular, and responsive components.
• Implement and maintain API integrations (ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, internal systems).
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization, deployments, and operational tasks.
• Deploy and monitor workloads using ArgoCD.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver stable and high-quality product features.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in architecture, automation, and platform reliability.

Must-Have Skills

• BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent degree.
• 3–6 years of strong engineering experience (Fullstack or Backend focused).
• Strong hands-on expertise with Go (Golang) – REST APIs, integrations, microservices.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern FE tools (Vite, Webpack).
• Daily working experience with Docker & Kubernetes.
• Experience with Azure (App Services, AKS, Functions preferred).
• Good understanding of GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.

Good to Have

• Experience with enterprise integration patterns.
• Familiarity with cloud-native principles and observability tools.
• Prior experience working with distributed international teams.

Job Types: Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
