Project Role Description :Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Skills Must Haves: Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server SQLNice To Have(s): Power BIJob Responsibilities: Strong foundation in data visualization, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather & understand functional and technical data requirements and iterate on solutions to develop reports, manage reporting frameworks. Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable visualizations - with prompts, filters, grouping, sorting, and drill through functionalities, calculated fields, parameters, level-of-detail (LOD) expressions along with maintaining data accuracy in them for a meaningful end user experience. Tableau visualizations built on data sets pulled from various enterprise data sources i.e. SQL Server, Snowflake, SaaS Platforms(Salesforce etc.), REST APIs etc. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across Tableau workbooks. Collaborate with data engineers to define and refine ETL pipelines feeding Tableau dashboards Having proficiency with SQL and/or Snowflake. Knowledge of private/capital markets industry domain. Document dashboard logic, data sources, and user guides as needed. Develop standards, procedures, and best practices for Tableau usage while staying abreast of new product offerings. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery. Qualification 15 years full time education
