Full Stack Developer

Zucol Group is seeking a skilled and driven Full Stack Developer with over 3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python (Django) for backend development and React.js / Next.js for frontend development. Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and Linux-based environments is essential.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Django, React.js, and Next.js.

● Build and integrate RESTful APIs for efficient system communication.

● Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best development practices.

● Implement backend logic, manage databases, and ensure performance optimization and security.

● Deploy, monitor, and manage infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, etc.).

● Handle Linux-based server operations, including Nginx/Apache configuration and troubleshooting.

● Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features on time.

● Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and maintain clear technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.

● Proficient in Python and Django framework.

● Strong skills in React.js and Next.js for frontend development.

● Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

● Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.).

● Familiarity with Linux servers and deployment automation tools (Docker, GitHub Actions, etc.).

● Strong grasp of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

● Proficient with Git and version control workflows.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
