We are seeking a Mid-to-Senior Full stack Developer with 3 to 7 years of professional experience who thrives in a high-autonomy, high-impact startup environment. This role is a critical hire and demands a "get-it-done" attitude with end-to-end ownership. You will be responsible for rapidly prototyping, building, deploying, and maintaining our core productfrom initial architectural decisions in Java/Spring and PostgreSQL to delivering exceptional customer-facing features with React and/or Angular. Success in this role requires not just coding expertise, but also a strategic mindset and comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration.

Key Responsibilities: Builder, Owner, and Architect

1. Extreme Ownership & Product Delivery

• Own the full feature lifecycle from ideation and technical design through implementation, deployment, and monitoring in a production environment.
• Work directly with the Clients / Product Manager to translate high-level business goals into scalable technical solutions.
• Rapidly prototype and deliver MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) to validate market fit and quickly gather user feedback.

2. Versatile Full stack Development

• Design and build services and scalable RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot, with an emphasis on low-latency performance.
• Develop and maintain our user-facing platform using modern JavaScript frameworks (React and/or Angular), ensuring a clean, responsive, and performance-optimized UI/UX.
• Contribute equally across the entire stack, shifting focus frequently between front-end feature work, back-end logic, and infrastructure as needed by the business.

3. DevOps, Infrastructure & Monitoring

• Take ownership of the entire deployment pipeline and infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS) utilizing tools like Docker and cloud services.
• Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure high availability and rapid response to production incidents.

4. Architecture & Technical Debt Management

• Make practical, trade-off-based architectural decisions (e.g., balancing speed vs. perfection) that prioritize business velocity while maintaining system quality.
• Proactively identify and address technical debt that risks hindering future product scalability.
• Mentor and set technical standards for future hires as the engineering team grows.
