You will be working directly with business teams to convert operational challenges into smart, scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Develop and maintain

  web-based and mobile applications

  for business automation.
• Work on

  event & exhibition management systems

  ,

  ERP applications

  , and

  e-commerce marketplaces

  .
• Build and optimize

  company websites, portals, dashboards, and admin panels

  .

Backend & Database Management

• Design, manage, and optimize

  databases

  (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable backend logic.
• Ensure data security, performance, and system stability.

Frontend & UI Integration

• Work with UI/UX designs to implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services (payment gateways, CRM, analytics tools, etc.).

Technology & Innovation

• Explore and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and tools as per project requirements.
• Participate in brainstorming and suggesting automation ideas for business processes.
• Debug, test, and continuously improve applications.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with internal teams (events, marketing, accounts, operations).
• Maintain technical documentation and version control.

Technology Stack (Any of the Below is Acceptable)

• Programming:

  PHP / Python / JavaScript / Node.js / Java / Dart

• Frontend:

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue

• Mobile App:

  Flutter / React Native / Android (Java/Kotlin)

• Backend:

  Laravel, Django, Express, Spring Boot

• Database:

  MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

• Tools:

  Git, APIs, REST, Cloud basics (AWS/GCP is a plus)
