Job Description

Experience • 3yrs -5+ years of relevant experience in Full stack development, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React. Primary Responsibilities • Analyze and model current business processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. • Design, develop, and implement full stack solutions (front-end and back-end). • Collaborate with Business Analysts to evaluate potential technology solutions and present business cases. • Lead process improvement changes. • Configure and test software/workflows. • Provide end-user support and training. Required Skills • Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React). • Proficiency in back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java). • Experience with database management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). • Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies. • Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis. • Knowledge of Business Process Management. • Familiarity with modeling techniques and development methods like BPMN 2.0 and Agile.
