Full Stack Developer

As a skilled Full Stack Developer with at least 5 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain web and mobile solutions that provide exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve this goal. Your expertise in Ruby (backend) and modern JavaScript frameworks (frontend) is crucial, with knowledge of React Native being an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Ruby (Ruby on Rails preferred). - Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks. - Integrate APIs and services to facilitate seamless communication between frontend and backend systems. - Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices. - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality features. - Ensure application performance, scalability, and security on all platforms. - Contribute to the continuous enhancement of development processes, tools, and technologies. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role. - Strong proficiency in Ruby, preferably Ruby on Rails. - Hands-on experience with JavaScript and frameworks like React.js (or Angular/Vue.js). - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database design (SQL/NoSQL). - Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git/GitHub. - Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus. - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
