Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications with a strong focus on backend architecture using Python, Flask, and Django. Build dynamic and responsive UIs using React.js that integrate seamlessly with backend APIs. Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality user experiences. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and ensure robust integration with frontend applications. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following software development best practices. Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability. Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning. Troubleshoot and debug application issues across the stack. Must-Have Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Strong command of Python and experience with both Flask and Django frameworks. Proficiency with React.js and modern frontend tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, Redux, etc.). Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL). Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, Docker, and unit/integration testing. Comfortable working in agile development processes. Preferred Skills Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Knowledge of GraphQL or WebSockets. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Exposure to performance monitoring, logging, and security best practices.
