About the Role:

HIPAA

Key Requirements:

• 4 to 9 years of full-stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python (Django/Flask preferred)
• Hands-on experience in AI/ML development and deployment in healthcare solutions

• Mandatory:

  Prior experience with healthcare domain projects
• Solid understanding of

  HIPAA

  compliance and

  SOC 2

  security principles
• Familiarity with healthcare data formats and standards (HL7, FHIR)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and databases
• Strong grasp of data security, encryption, and access control
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue) is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain secure backend services for healthcare applications
• Implement AI-powered features ensuring HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery
• Ensure architecture adheres to healthcare privacy and security standards
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and optimization
• Monitor and address security vulnerabilities proactively
