About the Role:

AI/ML Engineer

Key Requirements:

• 4 to 9 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering
• Strong experience in

  training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs

  (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, etc.)
• Proficiency in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain)
• Experience with data preprocessing, prompt engineering, and model evaluation

• Preferred:

  Healthcare domain experience and familiarity with HL7/FHIR standards
• Knowledge of

  HIPAA

  and

  SOC 2

  compliance for healthcare applications
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployments

• Bonus:

  Full-stack development skills (React/Angular + Python/Django/Flask)

Responsibilities:

• Train and fine-tune LLMs for healthcare-related use cases
• Implement AI-powered features ensuring compliance with healthcare data privacy regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end solution delivery
• Optimize models for accuracy, performance, and cost efficiency
• Deploy AI/ML solutions securely on cloud infrastructure
• Contribute to both backend and frontend development when needed
