Job Description

We're seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our innovative startup in building cutting-edge web applications. As part of our dynamic team, you'll work on implementing innovative solutions using modern technologies while contributing to our fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The ideal candidate combines technical excellence with a passion for startup culture and strong personal values.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and develop full-stack web applications using our modern tech stack
Build responsive and performant user interfaces with Next.js and Tailwind CSS
Design and implement GraphQL APIs using NestJS and Apollo
Develop and maintain database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL and SequelizeORM
Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment
Collaborate with team members through code reviews and technical discussions
Optimize application performance and implement security best practices
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the entire stack
Contribute to technical documentation and development standards
Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience in full-stack web development
Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams
Passion for learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends
Experience working in agile development environments
Portfolio demonstrating relevant project work
