Role Description

Full Stack Team Lead


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers across mobile and backend.
  • Architect, design, and develop

    cross-platform mobile applications

    using Flutter.
  • Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance

    APIs and backend services

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and QA to deliver high-quality features.
  • Establish coding standards, best practices, and conduct code reviews.
  • Own end-to-end responsibility for technical decisions, delivery timelines, and performance optimisation.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years

    of hands-on experience in software development.
  • Strong expertise in MERN and MEAN.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Experience with

    CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

    , and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Proven track record of

    leading teams

    and delivering projects successfully.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
