Full Stack Developer

Role Overview: As a Full Stack Developer at MSIL Agile CoE, you will collaborate with the development team to design and implement user-friendly, responsive web applications. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of applications, ensuring they function efficiently and reliably. Your role will involve writing well-structured, clean, and maintainable code using programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Ruby, and Java. Additionally, you will create and optimize database schemas, implement security measures, collaborate with UI/UX designers, and stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the development team to design and implement user-friendly, responsive web applications. - Develop and maintain both the front-end and back-end of applications using programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Ruby, and Java. - Create and optimize database schemas, perform migrations, and work with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. - Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard user data and application integrity. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure a seamless and visually appealing user experience. - Debug, test, and troubleshoot applications to resolve issues and optimize performance. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate best practices and innovations into development processes. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Document code, project details, and software architecture to facilitate maintenance and future development. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. - Proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, frameworks, and libraries. - Strong knowledge of web development best practices and design patterns. - Experience with database management systems and database design. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and code deployment tools. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.,
