a. Contribute to and review code across the stack (front end and back end), ensuring maintainable, secure, and performant solutions.
b. Design application architecture, data models, and integration patterns; champion reuse and modularity.
c. Drive code reviews, pair programming, and technical design reviews; raise the bar on coding standards and documentation.
4. Process & Quality:
a. Establish and refine team processes (branching strategy, PR checklists, CI/CD, testing pyramid).
b. Ensure definition of ready/done, coding standards, and quality gates (linting, unit/integration tests) are consistently met.
c. Monitor operational health (error rates, performance, uptime) and lead incident response and post mortems.
5. Collaboration & Communication:
a. Partner closely with Product and Design to shape scope and UX; collaborate with QA for test strategies.
b. Coordinate with external vendors or internal platforms for API integrations and shared services.
6. Front-End Development:
a. Utilize HTML & CSS to structure and style web pages.
b. Implement dynamic and interactive elements using Javascript and jQuery.
7. Back-End Development:
a. Write and maintain back-end logic using PHP (Object-Oriented).
b. Handle database management and queries using MySQL.
8. Design & Prototyping:
a. Work with Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Figma to design user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes.
9. Version Control:
a. Collaborate with the development team using Git and Bitbucket for version control and code management.
10. API Integration:
a. Develop and integrate with external systems using REST API and GraphQL for efficient data exchange.
11. Optional: AI Knowledge:
a. A basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts would be advantageous for exploring future AI-driven projects.
