Full Stack Developer - Lead

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Akkenna Animation and Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and developing scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Your expertise in AI tools will be crucial as you implement and integrate AI-based solutions to enhance project outcomes. Collaborating with clients from Australia & the USA, you will lead technical discussions, offer solution design, and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality project delivery. Your role will also involve working with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and GCP to deploy and optimize applications, while mentoring junior developers and establishing best practices in coding, security, and scalability. Proactively troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing application performance will be key aspects of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of full-stack development experience with a strong focus on the MERN stack. Experience in AI integration, including Chatbots, NLP, ML models, and automation tools, would be advantageous. Proficiency in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and microservices architecture is essential. A solid understanding of frontend performance optimization, UI/UX principles, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is required. Familiarity with Version Control systems like Git, GitHub/GitLab, and agile methodologies is preferred. Excellent communication skills are necessary to engage with international clients and handle their technical queries effectively. A problem-solving mindset, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a passion for full-stack development and AI innovation are qualities that will set you up for success in this role. If you have experience in Next.js, TypeScript, serverless architectures, AI libraries like TensorFlow, OpenAI API, or LangChain, and working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud automation, it would be considered an added advantage.
