Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Framework-Agnostic)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly adaptable Full Stack Developer who can work efficiently across multiple technologies and frameworks. Youll be joining a fast-paced team where flexibility, problem-solving ability, and quick learning are valued more than just framework expertise.

Our current stack includes React (Frontend) and Go (Backend), but we continuously evolve — so you should be comfortable switching between technologies like Next.js, Node.js, Python (FastAPI), or others as the project demands.

Responsibilities

1. Develop, test, and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications.
2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features quickly.
3. Understand project requirements and choose the right tools or frameworks for implementation.
4. Debug and optimize performance across both front-end and backend systems.
5. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and adapt them when appropriate.
6. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.

Requirements

1. Strong understanding of core programming fundamentals (data structures, APIs, design patterns, async programming).
2. Experience with any modern frontend framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.).
3. Experience with any backend technology (Go, Node.js, Python, Java, etc.).
4. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and version control (Git).
5. Ability to learn new frameworks, libraries, or languages quickly.
6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
7. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud environments (AWS, GCP, etc.).
• Exposure to microservices or distributed systems.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools and state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar).
