Full Stack Developer

As an applicant, your responsibilities in this role would include: - Taking untapped RCM opportunities and designing full-stack solutions to solve real problems, then implementing and iterating on them based on real-world feedback. - Selecting and justifying the best tools and frameworks for each project, including implementing Proof of Concepts as necessary. - Building and maintaining secure, scalable APIs, UIs, automations, and data pipelines. - Upholding code quality through code reviews, automated tests, CI/CD practices, and adherence to cloud-native best practices. - Mentoring junior engineers in problem-solving and fostering tech-agnostic thinking. - Collaborating closely with the RCM operations team to understand pain points and identify automation opportunities with high impact. - Focusing on measurable business outcomes rather than processes, emphasizing improvements in RCM performance metrics. The must-have skills and mindset for this role include: - 3-6 years of experience in designing, coding, testing, and running production software end-to-end. - Proven ability to quickly learn new technology stacks and select the most suitable technologies (language, framework, cloud, database) for each use case. - Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals, distributed systems, and design of REST/gRPC/GraphQL APIs. - Solid comprehension of frontend-backend integration patterns, including contract design, API gateways, authentication flows, and real-time communication protocols. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, including container orchestration and observability. - Strong discipline in unit and integration testing, proficiency in Git and trunk-based workflows. - Preference for making decisions based on metrics and conducting rapid experimentation. - Outcome-focused approach that prioritizes solving real business problems over rigid adherence to processes. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with non-technical stakeholders.,
