We are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Blockchain Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic startup. Key Responsibilities

• Blockchain Development: Design, develop, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts on blockchain platforms.
• Frontend Development: Build and maintain user interfaces using Next.js, React.js, and other frameworks.
• Backend Development: Develop robust backend systems using Node.js and other technologies in the MERN stack.
• Integration: Seamlessly integrate smart contracts with frontend and backend applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the product, design, and business teams to create end-to-end features that solve real-world problems.
• Entrepreneurial Contribution: Bring innovative ideas and an entrepreneurial mindset to shape the product and its growth trajectory.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience with blockchain development, including smart contracts (Solidity, Ethereum, or similar).
• Proficiency in Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and the MERN stack.
• Familiarity with decentralized storage solutions and web3 libraries.

Experience:

• 5+ years of full stack Blockchain development
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work independently, think strategically, and innovate.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate in a remote-first environment.
