Full Stack Architect

As a Technical Lead at Mern Plus Technologies, you will be responsible for leading the pod(s) of engineers (onshore/offshore) for end-to-end application development. Your role will require deep expertise in front-end technologies such as Angular and back-end technologies like Java Spring Boot. Proficiency in debugging and optimizing code, as well as cloud knowledge, particularly AKS, are critical for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead discussions with various teams to come up with scalable and efficient application solutions and build code. - Lead technical initiatives, set standards, and ensure quality across the development lifecycle. - Conduct code reviews, assist in problem-solving, and ensure code meets acceptance criteria. - Mentor team members, providing guidance on technical skills and project alignment. - Coordinate closely with Product Managers, Design leads, and Engineering Manager on architectural decisions and design reviews. - Facilitate/participate in sprint planning, tracking, and retrospectives to align with project goals. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong experience with Angular (version 16+), Java Spring Boot, and relational databases (PostgreSQL). - Experience with NxRg. - Extensive experience with cloud-native application development and deployment. - Familiarity with AKS or similar container orchestration platforms. - Knowledge of Agile framework and tools like Rally, JIRA for sprint management. - Proficiency in debugging and performance optimization techniques, feature flagging. **Additional Company Details:** Mern Plus Technologies is a dynamic company at the forefront of innovation in the tech industry.
