We’re looking for a Full-Stack AI Engineer Founding member capable of building AI-native applications end-to-end—from designing agentic workflows to shipping production-ready full-stack products. If you’ve previously built products as a founder or founding engineer, can make decisions independently, and operate with deep accountability, you’ll thrive here.

You’ll work across AI agents, LangGraph/LangChain/LlamaIndex orchestration, next-gen frontends in Next.js, robust backends in FastAPI, and scalable data layers in Postgres & MongoDB.

Key Responsibilities

• Build agentic AI applications (LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex) with multi-step workflows, tool use, and optimized RAG/prompt pipelines.
• Develop full-stack features end-to-end using React/Next.js, FastAPI, and clean REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Manage data and infra: Postgres/MongoDB schema design, vector DB integration, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure/Vercel).
• Rapidly convert ideas into prototypes and ship polished products with strong ownership and independent decision-making.
• Someone with startup experience or a founding-member mindset — resourceful, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity

Must-Haves:

• 3 to 8 years of experience building production-grade full-stack systems
• Proven experience building agentic AI applications with LangGraph and related frameworks.
• Strong proficiency with React, Next.js, FastAPI, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid knowledge of Postgres + MongoDB.
• Experience with vector search and AI data workflows (nice but not required).
• Ability to design and ship complete systems with high autonomy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
