Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Immediate / Urgent Tasks

Process pending FTZ entries through FedEx, DHL, and UPS.
Review and close pending entries to ensure compliance and timely filing.

Future / Ongoing Tasks (once trained):

Manage FTZ admissions, including manual entry if SAPDescartes data interchange is not automated.
Support Centergate outbound documentation and processes.
Prepare and submit outbound FTZ entries for both air and ocean shipments.
Conduct general data entry related to FTZ operations and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with overseas teams to ensure alignment, accuracy, and timeliness of FTZ-related activities.

Qualifications & Skills

2+ years of experience in data entry, trade compliance, logistics, or related operations.
Familiarity with FTZ processes, customs documentation, or trade compliance (preferred).
Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and/or trade compliance platforms (e.g., Descartes) a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Good communication skills for coordination with global teams.
