Job Description

* Technical Expertise: 4-8 years of strong experience in Python, with a proven ability to write clean, efficient code and optimize quality through comprehensive code reviews.
* Code Review & Quality Control: Expertise in conducting code reviews to enhance performance and maintain high standards of data quality, with a focus on quality assurance practices.
* Tool Customization & Automation: Hands-on experience in customizing annotation tools and automating tasks to increase operational efficiency.
* Leadership & Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to lead small teams of at least 3-5 developers, guide them through technical challenges, and mentor junior members to support their professional growth.
* Conflict Resolution & Resource Management: Strong skills in resolving conflicts and managing resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
* Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Adept at explaining complex technical issues to diverse audiences, delivering constructive feedback, and providing clear updates to stakeholders.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in driving process improvements alongside engineering teams.
