FTE Management

As a FTE Management Associate at Deutsche Bank's Corporate Bank in Mumbai, India, you will be a part of a dynamic team that is a market leader in Cash Management, Trade Finance & Lending, Securities Services, and Trust & Agency Services. Your role will involve providing support in managing FTE measures and FTE/Headcount Management, including FTE administration and other people processes. You will work with management information, mass data, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders, especially senior stakeholder management. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing timely closure of controls & governance related to FTE in various HR systems and taking up wider responsibilities on various topics within CB as per management priorities. Ad-hoc tasks and business insights will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have at least 6 years of exposure in Financial Planning & Analysis, especially in FTE management. A post-graduate degree in Finance/CA/CPA is required. Strong analytical skills, the ability to convert complex data sets into high-quality management material, excellent Microsoft Office skills (including advanced Excel and PowerPoint), and knowledge of Tableau or Power apps for analytics & presentation are essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and manage work transparently, are also important. German language skills are helpful but not mandatory.
