FSDM (Field Sales Development Manager)

You will be responsible for training & developing dealer manpower and implementing HR systems & processes in the region. Your key accountabilities will include ensuring manpower availability, productivity, and retention. It will also involve visiting all outlets and providing full coverage to the manpower in the region. In order to achieve these responsibilities, you will need to take initiatives to improve the training & development of dealer manpower and implement HR systems & processes. You will be interacting with internal clients such as Sales and Marketing teams, as well as external clients including training agencies, B schools, and vendors. Financially, you will be expected to maintain attrition below 15% and productivity above 3. Additionally, you will be overseeing more than 100 dealer manpower, requiring strong competencies in team leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and customer obsession. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 years of experience in a managerial position, with a post-graduate qualification. Proficiency in Excel and advanced presentation skills are essential. Additionally, you will be assisting dealers in recruiting suitable manpower. All educational qualifications must be from AICTE/UGC Approved Institutions.,
