Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer Lead with strong expertise in Remix.js, React.js, Node.js, and AWS serverless technologies. The candidate should have experience in designing scalable applications and leading development teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of full stack web applications using Remix.js, React.js, and Node.jsDesign and implement serverless solutions using AWS Lambda and other AWS servicesCollaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality softwareEnsure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practicesMentor junior developers and contribute to team growthOptimize application performance and scalabilityDrive continuous improvement in development processes and tools

Required Skills

Minimum 12 years of experience in software developmentStrong hands-on experience with Remix.js, React.js, and Node.jsDeep understanding of AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatchProficiency in JavaScript and TypeScriptExperience with RESTful APIs and microservices architectureFamiliarity with CI and CD pipelinesStrong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

AWS certification is a plusExperience with Docker and container orchestrationExposure to Agile and Scrum methodologiesPrior experience in leading distributed teams
