JOB DESCRIPTION--SENIOR - GRC ServiceNow Consultant Job Summary As Risk Advisory Senior, you ll contribute technically to Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Technology client engagements and internal projects. As a ServiceNow Consultant you should be to help us design & build high quality ServiceNow solutions for our clients, while providing advice and guidance on all matters relating to ServiceNow implementation and technical best practice. You should be able to provide innovative solutions involving ServiceNow and working with clients to understand their business needs, configuring, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to provide practical solutions. Client responsibilities Understand and translate customer needs into business, technology solutions Proven experience with ServiceNow implementation, configuration, development, customization, integration and creation workflows Builds service request fulfilment workflow from customer requirements including requests, request items and tasks using workflows, UI actions, client scripts, business rules, etc Responsible for design and development of ServiceNow solutions according to requirements specified by Process Consultants Deliver high quality ServiceNow code and customisation with appropriate documentation and testing. Implement according to business/process requirements, based on good design principles, with evaluation of potential issues and possible solutions Design best-practice technology solutions Ability to work as a team lead within GRC tech enablement projects Right attitude towards teaming, ownership, and knowledge sharing Strong understanding of ServiceNow core platform capabilities and data model. Work back with the project team to maintain transparency in communication, highlight risks and share mitigation plan Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables for the team Mentor the project team in executing the project deliverables Regular status reporting to the project manager and onsite coordinators Demonstrate flexibility to travel to the customer locations / other EY offices, on need basis Good documentation and communication skills People responsibilities Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for the team Foster teamwork, quality culture and lead by example. Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures Train and mentor the project resources and team members Mandatory skills requirements 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow as a technical consultant. Experience in IRM (Entities, Risk, Control, Audit Management) implementation in ServiceNow. Good knowledge of GRC use cases such as - Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Vendor Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Continuous Authorization and Monitoring, Operational Resilience, Privacy Management, Regulatory Change, Audit Management. Understanding/certification on Risk management framework domain including Information Security, business continuity and Risk Management. Good analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to solutions Demonstrated experience in delivery management and client management Preferred skills Advisory and consulting experience in GRC Domain. GRC Implementation/ managed services experience would be an added advantage Familiarity in working on IRM module of ServiceNow. Demonstrated track record with a consulting organization and/or a blue-chip organization B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp. Science)/MBA/M.Sc. having experience with other Big3 or panelled IT/ ITeS companies. Certifications (Preferred) ServiceNow Certifications - System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM and IRM and other GRC modules.
