Job Purpose:

To operate, monitor, and maintain the frying equipment for namkeen and chips production, ensuring quality, safety, and production efficiency as per defined standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate frying equipment for namkeen and chips as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor oil temperature, frying time, and product flow to ensure consistent product quality.
• Adjust frying parameters based on product type, moisture content, and production plan.
• Perform regular checks for product color, texture, moisture, and taste to meet quality specifications.
• Ensure timely loading and unloading of raw and finished product from fryer lines.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of fryer area and related equipment.
• Check and record process parameters, oil usage, and wastage as per production log sheet.
• Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any abnormalities or breakdowns immediately to supervisor.
• Assist in oil filtration and oil change as per defined schedule.
• Ensure minimum product wastage and control oil consumption.
• Support packing and seasoning teams as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: ITI / Diploma / 10th or 12th pass with relevant experience.
• Experience: 1–5 years as fryer operator in namkeen, chips, snacks, or similar food manufacturing industry.
• Skills:
• Knowledge of frying process and equipment (batch fryer / continuous fryer).
• Basic understanding of food safety, GMP & HACCP.
• Ability to detect changes in product quality.
• Good physical stamina and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
