Frontend Platform Engineer - AI Products

Responsibilities

• Optimize the existing component platform for better performance, reusability, and maintainability across AI agent interfaces.
• Enhance integration systems between React components and Python backend APIs through our current wrapper architecture.
• Streamline deployment pipelines to accelerate time-to-production for new AI agent features.
• Refactor platform components for better scalability and consistency across different AI use cases.
• Improve developer tooling around our component system (documentation, dev tools, automated testing).
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in current component development and deployment workflows.
• Implement performance optimizations (bundle optimization, caching strategies, lazy loading).
• Standardize integration patterns for AI output rendering and user interaction flows.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of React with a focus on platform optimization and existing codebase improvement.
• Strong experience enhancing component libraries and front-end infrastructure.
• API integration, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience with deployment pipeline improvements and CI/CD optimization.
• Ability to analyze and improve existing architectures rather than build from scratch.
• TypeScript proficiency for maintainable, scalable code.
• Understanding of modern front-end tooling and build systems.
  

Bonus Skills

• Experience with AI/ML product interfaces or conversational UI patterns.
• Knowledge of agent output rendering and dynamic component systems.
• Previous work optimizing developer-facing platforms or tools.
• Familiarity with micro-front-end architectures.
