About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js, UI/UX, and frontend-backend integrations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience building B2B SaaS applications, ensuring fully responsive, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces. You will collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless experiences that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain modern, scalable, and responsive web applications using React.js.
• Work closely with the design team to convert UI/UX wireframes and prototypes into functional, pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Ensure web applications are fully responsive, cross-browser compatible, and optimized for performance.
• Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and business logic.
• Implement and manage state using Redux, Context API, or other state management tools.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best coding practices.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and designers in an Agile environment.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve existing applications.
• Stay up to date with latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and design trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and UI/UX principles.
• Hands-on experience with responsive design frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Material UI, etc.).
• Proven ability to build pixel-perfect and mobile-friendly designs.
• Experience working with REST APIs for frontend-backend integration.
• Solid understanding of state management (Redux, Context API).
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control.
• Prior experience developing B2B SaaS applications or enterprise tools.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Next.js or other advanced React frameworks.
• Exposure to backend technologies (Node.js, Express, databases).
• Understanding of performance optimization, accessibility, and security best practices.
