Job Description

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Core Platform Architects and Product Manager in drafting the UI Architecture roadmap and services architecture
Establish and enforce UI Development, Testing standards and Useability analysis pipelines
Develop POCs using rapid prototyping methodologies for review and demonstration
Develop reusable UI components and modules to accelerate development velocity
Promote adoption of best practices across UI Testing, code-sharing and improving front end performance
Contribute to module-related UI development during the regular Agile release cycle
Stay up-to-date with latest trends and technologies in the context of User Interface
Mentor and support members in the UI team

Core Skills:

8+ years of experience building and managing modern enterprise or consumer web applications or native interfaces Android/GTK/Windows UI interfaces
Expert level knowledge and experience of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS and Vector graphics
Experience with developing Single Page Applications and a broad range of JavaScript frameworks including Angular (4/5/6/7), NativeScript, Bootstrap, etc.
Knowledge of .Net framework/Springboot/Django or equivalent
Knowledge of MVC architecture, n-tier architecture
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and micro services architecture
Experience developing software products in an Agile development environment and using tools like JIRA
Experience with web services and RESTful applications or gRPC based applications
Experience with design systems like ANT
Experience of delivering multi device front ends (web, mobile, HMI screens)
Experience of design thinking led front end development

Bonus Skills:

Extremely Strong communication and team management skills
Although not mandatory, Previous experience with Manufacturing domain (Consumer Products, Pharma, batch manufacturing) will be a big plus

Experience & Educational Qualifications:

Worked on at least two high traffic, large scale websites/applications
