Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor based in Indore. The Front Office Supervisor will oversee front office operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage reservations, and handle receptionist duties efficiently. The role also includes leading a team, supervising daily activities, and ensuring the seamless functioning of the front office to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and lead front office staff effectively.
• Experience in Receptionist Duties, including handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Proficient Customer Service skills to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
• Knowledge of managing Reservations and booking systems proficiently.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with hotel front office systems and software is a plus.
• Prior experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is preferred.
