Front Office Supervisor

You will be working as a Front Office Supervisor at Blanket Hotel & Spa, a luxury resort and hotel situated in the beautiful natural surroundings of Munnar. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee front desk operations, manage receptionist duties, handle customer service inquiries, supervise staff, schedule shifts, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. You will also be involved in managing reservations, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining smooth communication flow within the hotel. To excel in this role, you should possess strong supervisory skills with experience in team management. Proficiency in receptionist duties, organizing front desk operations, and providing excellent customer service are essential. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for successful interactions with guests and other team members. A professional demeanor, appearance, and the ability to multitask and work well under pressure are key traits required for this position. While prior experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
