Job Description

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused individual to join our team as Front Office Staff. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining smooth communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately.
Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for meetings.
Manage front desk activities, including correspondence, deliveries, and office supplies inventory.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Provide accurate information about services, facilities, and directions to clients or guests.
Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints courteously.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and support.
Follow company policies and procedures to maintain confidentiality and security of information.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
