Job Description

We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Handle incoming calls and transfer them to the concerned department.
  • Maintain visitor records and manage appointments.
  • Support administrative and HR tasks as needed.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Skills Required:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Time management and multitasking ability.

Qualification:

  • Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
