Role & responsibilities

Reception & Client Interaction

  • Greet visitors, parents, clients, and guests politely and professionally
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the correct person
  • Handle inquiries in person, by phone, or via email

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain visitor registers and issue visitor passes
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and courier packages
  • Prepare basic documents, notices, and correspondence

Office Coordination

  • Coordinate with different departments for visitor appointments
  • Manage meeting room bookings
  • Support front office operations and daily office needs

Record & Data Management

  • Maintain student/visitor/employee records (especially in schools or offices)
  • Update databases and files accurately and confidentially
