Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle appointment scheduling, billing, and inquiries
  • Coordinate with pet parents and ensure smooth front-desk operations
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance at the front desk

Skills Required:

  • Multilingual is a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer and billing system knowledge
  • Friendly, patient, and service-oriented attitude
