Role & responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest details and room bookings.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, room service, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage telephone calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Candidates only From Hotel management or Hospitality background are preffered


Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduation or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in a front office or front desk role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software (PMS) preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a guest-oriented mindset.
