Job Description

Female Guest Relations Executive / Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers with a warm and professional attitude.
Manage the front desk, attend phone calls, and route them to the appropriate department.
Handle walk-in inquiries related to projects and provide accurate information.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure a seamless visitor experience.
Receive, sort, and manage daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
Support the sales team with data entry, documentation, and customer appointment scheduling.
Maintain visitor logs and front-office records.
Ensure all calls and messages are handled promptly and accurately.

Requirements

Proficiency in English and local languages; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Prior experience in front office, receptionist, or customer service roles preferred.
Candidates residing
in and around Sarjapura
are highly preferred.
Pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
