Position Overview


We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, learners, and visitors, providing outstanding customer service while supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities


Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff in a professional manner


Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries


Schedule training sessions and appointments


Maintain attendance records and training documentation


Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and record keeping


Ensure reception and training areas are tidy and welcoming


Coordinate room bookings, materials, and refreshments when required


Requirements


Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)


Strong organizational and multitasking abilities


Positive attitude, reliability, and a professional appearance


Ability to work independently and as part of a team
