Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist located in the Greater Kolkata Area at D2 International. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, front office tasks, customer service, and effective communication with clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and receive clients/visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
• Handle client queries and coordinate communication.
• Manage bookings and appointments for the MD and senior management.
• Prepare reports and documents as and when required.
• Interact with overseas clients during their visit.
• Maintain reception area decorum and provide general administrative support.

Candidate Profile:

• Candidate with strong communication skills in English (verbal & written), professional etiquette.
• Confident in handling international client interactions.
• Organised, detail-oriented, with basic MS Office knowledge.
• Prior front office experience preferred, though fresh candidates with excellent communication skills may apply.
