Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees with a friendly attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per security protocols.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage conference room bookings.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, filing, and managing office supplies.
  • Provide basic information to clients or visitors regarding services, facilities, or directions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support overall office operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:

    Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred for corporate settings).
  • Experience:

    13 years of experience in a front office or customer service role. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and helpful attitude.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, fax machines, phone systems).
