Job Description Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity and have previous experience as a Customer Support? Were hiring a customer support executive to be part of our already fantastic team. Youll be responsible for managing the reception area, implementing office policies, and ensuring guest services are exemplary & overall centre operations. Applicants should have experience in the hospitality industry, demonstrate a commitment to customer service. Manage the front office operations and come to work with a positive attitude. Roles & Responsibilities Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position Familiarity with office machines (e.g. printer ) Knowledge of office management Proficient in English (oral and written) and local language (oral) Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) Strong communication and people skills Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities Customer service orientation Any graduation; Hotel management will be a plus Answer questions and address escalations Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc. Check, sort and forward emails Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary Keep updated records and files Monitor office expenses and costs Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc) Requirements Prior experience in customer service / front office in hospitality industry or relevant position. Good multitasking, time management and organisational skills. Problem-solving ability with analytical skill. Customer oriented and professional attitude.
