Job Description

The Front Office Manager oversees daily front desk operations, ensuring excellent guest service and smooth check-in/check-out processes. Responsibilities include staff supervision, handling guest concerns, managing reservations, optimizing room occupancy, and coordinating with other departments for seamless hotel operations. The role also involves maintaining company policies, handling financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with hotel standards.

  • Create and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and delegating tasks effectively.
  • Oversee front office operations, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct reviews to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, welcoming them and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
  • Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest concerns professionally.
  • Manage and train front office staff for optimal performance.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth hotel operations.
  • Maintain records, monitor revenue, and ensure policy compliance.
  • Implement policies and procedures that promote timely and accurate customer service.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping or maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel front office operations as Front Office Manager.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.✔ Proficiency in MS Office.✔ Ability to handle guest complaints and ensure smooth operations.✔ Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).

✔ Knowledge in Cloud ERP Software will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
