Job Description

  • Manage the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards.
  • Assist the Director of Rooms in delivering the brand promise by managing front office operations.
  • Oversee the Front Desk, Front Service (including parking and hotel entrance), Communications Centre, Business Centre, and Regency or Grand Club.
  • Ensure seamless execution of front office operations to meet employee, guest, and owner expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Job Requirements
  • A university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as an Assistant Director of Rooms or Front Office Manager.
  • Possess good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Be familiar with front office software and systems.
