As a Front Office Manager at The Courtyard Aravali Resort in Faridabad, Haryana, India, your role involves overseeing all front office functions and staff members, including Bell Staff, Switchboard Operations, Guest Services/Front Desk, and Retail/Gift Shop. You will work closely with managers and employees to ensure the smooth execution of all front office operations, from guest arrival to departure procedures.
