Job Description

Job Summary:

  • The Front Office Management Staff serves as the first point of contact for all visitors and clients.
  • This role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, directing calls, maintaining visitor records, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients professionally.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area neat and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline.
  • Good communication skills in Odia.
  • Familiarity with MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,015.85 - ₹15,831.05 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Yearly bonus
