Job Description

The role of Front Office Management Staff involves being the first point of contact for all visitors and clients. Your responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, directing calls, maintaining visitor records, and ensuring a welcoming environment. You will be required to greet and welcome visitors and clients professionally, answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, maintain the reception area neat and presentable, handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers, schedule appointments, and assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with different departments for smooth operations, maintain visitor logs, and issue visitor passes as needed. Providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email will also be part of your duties. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum qualification of 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline. Good communication skills in Odia and familiarity with MS Office are required. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. A yearly bonus is provided. Proficiency in Odia is mandatory as the work location is in person.,
