Job Title: Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) – Front Office (Male candidate only)

Department: Front Office / Guest Services

Location: Hotel Opulence Kalinga & Hotel Kalinga

Reporting To: Front Office Manager / Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a pleasant, well-groomed, and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) to join our front office team. The role is responsible for providing a warm welcome to guests, ensuring their comfort throughout their stay, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests upon arrival with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using the hotel software system.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, room bookings, and hotel information.
  • Manage guest feedback, requests, and complaints with prompt and courteous resolution.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain guest records, billing, and reports accurately in the system.
  • Promote hotel services, facilities, and special offers to enhance the guest experience.
  • Handle VIP guests, repeat customers, and special occasions with personalized attention.
  • Ensure the lobby and reception area remain clean, welcoming, and well-presented at all times.
  • Support the front office team in maintaining daily checklists, shift reports, and occupancy details.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management,
  • Experience: 1–3 years in Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel or resort (freshers with excellent communication may also apply).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and local languages (knowledge of Hindi preferred).
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards.
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of hotel software (e.g., IDS, Opera, Cloud-based systems) preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.
