Company: KTT Orissa, Kalinga tour & travels Job Title: Transport Supervisor Location: Jajpur Kalinganagar Department: Transport Reporting To: Transport Manager / Operations Head Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and proactive Transport Supervisor with 2–3 years of experience in transport operations. The role involves preparing routes, scheduling buses, reporting daily operations, and coordinating with department heads to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the transport services. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and optimize daily/weekly bus routes to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs. Plan and manage bus schedules for employees/students/operations as per requirements. Monitor bus operations to ensure punctuality, safety, and compliance with transport rules. Maintain records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and driver duty schedules. Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly transport reports to the management. Coordinate with drivers, conductors, and mechanics to ensure vehicle readiness. Act as a point of contact between the transport team and department heads for smooth operations. Handle emergency situations such as vehicle breakdowns, route diversions, or delays. Ensure proper maintenance, servicing, and cleanliness of buses. Monitor driver discipline, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with company policies.
