About the Role:

Rustomjee Academy for Global Careers, Thane is inviting passionate hospitality professionals to join as a Front Office Faculty under the Rooms Division Management (RDM) department.

The ideal candidate should be able to conduct engaging theory and practical sessions in Front Office operations, and may also support Housekeeping if required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and practical training in Front Office operations
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment sheets
• Guide students in grooming, communication, and professional etiquette
• Support departmental activities, industry visits, and student projects
• Maintain student performance records and ensure discipline

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel or Hospitality Management (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Front Office operations
• Housekeeping experience/knowledge will be an added advantage
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for teaching and student mentorship

Salary:

As per industry standards (based on experience and qualification)
